We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  
• Used cups cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  
• You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety, used cups cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and, once approved, place a separate order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Used cups are excluded for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
